Shoulder Pain
Shoulder pain doesn't have to become your new normal.
Whether your shoulder hurts reaching overhead, lifting weights, sleeping on your side, or simply getting dressed, shoulder pain can make everyday life frustrating.
Many people try stretching, strengthening, or resting, only to have the pain return. That's often because the shoulder isn't the only part of the body involved.
Looking beyond the shoulder
The shoulder depends on your neck, rib cage, upper back, shoulder blade, and the way your whole body moves. When one area isn't doing its job well, the shoulder often has to compensate.
Instead of treating only the painful spot, I look for the movement patterns that are creating unnecessary strain. Using Structural Integration and precise manual therapy, my goal is to help your body move more efficiently so your shoulder has a chance to heal.
Common reasons people come in

Find lasting relief
If you've tried multiple treatments without lasting results, a different approach may help. Together, we'll identify what's contributing to your shoulder pain and work toward lasting change—not just temporary relief.
