Often, the capacity for our body to perform a certain action is measured by the structural freedom and safety your nervous system detects. Your nervous system is always scanning for threats to your safety. That includes overstretching too. But sometimes your body is over stretching not because you’ve spent enough time. It might be because of structural limitations. I specialize in finding those limitations and unwinding them so your body doesn’t have to protect itself from overstretching.
